We had a problem with our boiler and we’re let down by the company covering the boiler leaving us without heating or hot water.
Dale and his company were recommended to us by a neighbour and what a great recommendation that turned out to be
I contacted Dale and he managed to get see us the same day between jobs he had on. Upon his inspection identified the flue to have a number of seal issues .
He took measurements and notes as to what parts were needed getting back to me with a quote as soon as he found out costs of parts.
That’s exactly what he did getting the parts asap and completing the repair going over and above after finding problems on our flat roof flue capping which he had to seal for us as he noticed it was leaking.
Whilst completing the work he and his colleague kept us appraised of how the repairs were going.
It was a breath of fresh air to find a friendly and professional tradesman and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Dale and his company to anyone
